Our Story
From a Single Candle
We began with one belief: that an evening should feel like an occasion, not an errand. The Raven & Rose opened its doors in a building of old stone, lit it with nothing but candle and ember, and set about cooking food worth lingering over.
What grew was a gathering place for those who prefer the dark, the considered, and the beautiful — a restaurant and bar where every detail, from the iron sconces to the rose on the plate, is chosen with intent.
